the arrangement itself was beautiful . And the process was smooth I placed my order online and made my notations and it was delivered on time. Except for the customer service over the phone, I had requested in my online note that a picture be sent to me via text before the arrangement went out so when I called to check on my order I was advised that the arrangement had gone out. When someone is spending $100s of dollars on an arrangement I think you should give the customer what they want. It was a simple request. I had another flower shop send me emailed pictures and updates on my arrangement without even asking it was a service they do for their customers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
